Bespoke Manufacturing & ReturnsAt Righteous Plates, every set of number plates is custom-manufactured specifically to your unique registration number. Because these are bespoke, personalized goods, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds if you simply change your mind or have entered the wrong registration details at checkout. Please double-check your registration input and spacing requirements before completing your order!
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your plates arrive damaged in transit, or if our manufacturing team has made a spelling or formatting error, we will make it right instantly.
- To Claim a Replacement: Please email us at info@righteousrides.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.
- We will dispatch a free, express replacement to you immediately, or offer a full refund for our mistake.
Order Cancellations
Because we operate with a rapid Same Day Dispatch model, manufacturing often begins within minutes of your order being placed. If you need to cancel or amend an order, please call us immediately at 07495 872 898. If the plates have not yet been physically printed or laser-cut, we will happily cancel and refund the order. Once manufacturing has commenced, cancellations are no longer possible.
